Simply because, well, no system is perfect. Jedi have ways of cheating, BHs have ways of cheating. It would be nice if all the problems were fixed, let's just hope for that, instead of calling eachother thugs and silly stuff like that.

These boards, both Jedi and Bounty Hunter, are so funny. Two groups of players that really hate eachother. One because they spend so much time and effort attaining something that comes with the risk of PvP, and many don't realize that. They want to simply play their character and enjoy being Jedi.

There are what are frankly immature people on both sides, but that's to be expected.

I think smart Jedi can just try to avoid visibility as much as possible and accept the fact that enjoying that class comes with the stipulation of forced PvP. Nature of the beast, and a good one in that - if we were all to scrap the rest of the game, and go for Jedi, which seems to be the majority trend right now, then the ENTIRE game falls apart for the most partexcept for the road to Jedi...

...which is stupid, and why I will never try to become a Jedi. I've been playing since original release and only flirted with the idea in the beginning. Pretty much after Hologrinding was discovered, I became discouraged, and sensed the end of what could've worked as a system as soon as thecrafters, entertainers, and big community advocatesbegan dropping out like flies to go on the quest for Jedi.

I've even played around with Jedi toons before. I find the experience... boring! Besides a cool light show, you have all the same toys as a regular toon except yours are more comprehensive and frankly require less thinking in my experience. I just don't enjoy it as much as playing my MBH, or MSmuggler, or any other my other toons. Even my Grandmaster Entertainer, heh.

I think it is hilarious that some people claim only one side cheats but it is a clear fact that both sides do it when presented with the chance. You will even see posts in both forums like the op's looking for validation for a tactic like what he posted. As far as i am concerned players like this are punks no matter their profession and yes they are thugs. I won't back off that.

it seems fine to me your having a duel and he attacks you when you get stasised lol

The BH Tef is supposed to bring combat to those two parties and no one else. Bringing a friend to break the stasis is an exploit.

You can point out the obvious till you are blue in the face and some just won't get it.

If this isint an exploit, neither is a jedi's friend db'ing them, since both are using game mechanics in other ways than they are intended, but neither are technicly "exploits"

seems mostpeople who retort to this stuff can't hack it without cheating.

discovering new bugs to exploit might be "inventive" but still an EXPLOIT
