Get on your speeder and head right for the door. Just before you hit the door, store your speeder before you get into combat or it will be disabled by area attacks. I keep the radil menu of the speeder up and just tap "3" as I'm about 10 meters from the door.
Head right into the base, taking fire the whole way in. If you can, take out the guards. Sometimes I find that (I'm CL71) I'm only getting hit for 8 damage at a whack, and I have twice taken out all the guards at a base andjammed without that pressure. Anyway, if you can't take out the guards, /tar uplink, and go to it. Once you're incapped next to it, start the jamming sequence. It usually takes me two incapps to get it jammed. But even if I haven't done it after two incapps, I burstrun out of there to avoid cloning.
Get an Inspiration buff beforehand and you'll be looking at 1100xp for each base jammed. If you're lucky you'll find two bases near enough to them, that you can make a base jamming run each time you log in. Very handy to get 2000 to 2200 Inv XP each night in less than 45 minutes.
Now that is exactly the way the developers intended you to gain Bounty Hunter XP, good advice.
