please don't acuse every jedi of exploiting.... yes there is a cloak bug but i believe or it was supposed to get fixed.. there was a way to make it willingly.. but in some cases you could not tell that you did not decloak on attack... it could have been lag? if he is cloaked and attacks you but you are laging maybe by the time you catched up you were dead and didn't even see who it was and he was gone and cloaked again... doubtfull but still a posibility... but yeah it sucks when bugs get in the way...

see he was fighting someone else not myself. Everyone in the area was calling him an exploiter as well. He eventually decloaked when somone started using a droid to area attack which got to him. Since I had his mission I went prone, did a snipershot/kd/adv critical combo and DB'd him.

heh, yup. Some bh'ers hitting me with head shot every second, some using adv. crit shot every 2 secs. O.o I wouldn't mind if they waited to see if I abused the speed exploit, as every time I ask they say "you would have done it to me first" ....bleh

On a more serious note.... to the orignal poster... .could it be that you were simply lagging? Why is exploit ALWAYS the answer when something like this happens. I've accused of it SO MANY times. My response is always: "I'm doing XYZ legitimately, if you feel I've exploited, feel free to report me, the logs will show the truth"

The best thing that could happen to the game would be the addition of an IQ test. Then 90% of the crybabies yelling exploit would be off playing sponge bob instead.

I love how GW has removed this, once you leave a city, no one outside your group can bother you. It is pure bliss, no kill steals, no greifing, no foul mouthed yoyo's. If swg made their game like this it might survive. As is, it's dying.

I have been killed using exploits and never cried foul. Why? They are the fault of SOE, not the players. The developers here have very weak coding skills, and cannot debug their pitiful coding. My anger is NEVER directed at the person behind the toon, perhaps the toon at the moment, but not the person. My contempt is for SOE et al, they have lied to us, cheated us, and deserve my ire.

with the cooldown it shouldn't be 2s, that's the thing.. You can't say spamming a 500dam after armor shot every two seconds, or at times even one second isn't an exploit... I know the difference between a pupped weapon and CA attatchments when it comes to the cooldowns, unless you agree a jedi power-attacking every 3 seconds isn't an exploit either.

Nothing will be fixed that gives the Jedi a fair chance. If they (SOE) do the masses will wet their pants and complain worse than we do..LOL

why should it not be 2 seconds if you have speed CAs AAs and speed pup. You will certainly crap throgh your action bar in a few seconds at that pace, but thats the style you can play if you want

this is a bug, when a jedi first uses cloak on a logon he/she when attacks gets an uncloak message but doesnt actually unlcloak to other players and allows them to act us not cloaked with no knowledge of them doing so

Funny how over such a long period of time, some things never change....BH's call Jedi exploiters, Jedi call BH's exploiters....
