Anymore? It's not like damage mitigation is new. Just seems like the players are.

practice yes. Can you give any advice as to what foods can help . i take crispic for accurace. Maybe if i get some carb speed aa's that would be good. The jedi i dueled just said 'just wait until the right moment' But thats not really my style. i like to run in Paralyse, apply states, Get some Dots in if poss, then root and come out to range. When i get to range and the Jedi is still rooted, I would like to know that I can do some decent damage to him to make him/her heal and lose some mind etc.. Maybe I just ned a better gun, some speed AA's/ Ca's and some food that i have not seen yet.
For foods and spice, I mainly use ones that buff my health and regens and ones for defense rather than offense. I keep synthsteak on an F-key. The only offensive foods I take is crispic or pyro (+220 accuracy for 40ish seconds). For you as an MBH/MCM, you don't have much accuracy. I would recommend accuracy tapes rather than speed tapes. Speed is over-rated in the CU system. Once your mod speed with your weapon is 2.0 or lower, anymore speed is wasted. Accuracy is much more important. Also as a CM, KD just prior to applying paralyse, and make sure you use Thyroid Rupture and your action/mind debuffs before running back out to 40m or more (out of their saber throw distance). As far as your carbine goes, I don't know the stats on it, but I really don't need to either. When looking for a PvP weapon, subtract the min damge from the max dam and compare. The smaller that number is, the better. Min damage is more important than most people think. It's where mitigation calculations begin.

ok so if dmg is decreased that much for ranged why even have a bh be ranged? it'd be worthless unless you have root and such which isn't even doing dmg it's just stoping them from moving long enough for you to get a couple extra hits in... i see why ppl are going cm now.. because it's not ranged... a 665-1340 rifle should be a jedi killer but instead they are making it into a bol killer...

I am sorry, but it looks like you want your gun to be a 3 shot killer. How would that be fair?

Ranged has nothing to do with it.

I use the same rifles and hitted more than 30 times (200dam ish - 1 out of 5-10 shots hit) so i wont say we want a 3 shot killer we just want to be able to do our job. Its the same situation as before when saberblock made it impossible to be a ranged prof to kill a jedi. That was when all BHs became TKM. Now we have the problem back with a much too high ranged defense jedi have now.
To be able to get through 800ish ranged def and being able to do decent damage to a 42% mitigation(without calculating 25% saberblock and psg) a bh would need more than 700 ranged accuracy what is not even possible with pyro food.
People dont go CM cause they like that prof they do it cause they want to be able to do their job. And even then it is only possible by outlast the jedi's force so he cant heal anymore...
See the point ? Same problem just with another name than 85% saberblock.
