Thread: Does anyone know a template that can solo most 200k + jedi?

Templates don't solo Knights.
Skilled players do.

Any good BH with master doc/or cm or at least a few trees of it, coupled with a good combat profession that they are well trained in can beat all but the best 200k Jedi, they just have to use tactic and planning.

Best template to do that is master of dirty tricks and patience lord combined with master of force luck. I killed 226k mark today cause he went AFK 4 meters away from BH terminal in player city.....

Now that just gave me an idea... wouldn't it be cool if the terminals gave out master AS missions? Like, if ever the AS was seen putting credits into his factories by another player... bam, his name goes on the terminal. Then bounty hunters can take a quick 250K mission to liquidate a CL 1 crafter. But, only if the artisan doesn't see you coming and run into his house first.

okay.. minus the flamage.... I'd try the following
MBH / MR / Pistol 0404
between Root, KD, and 65m range.... you should be able to do very well at kiting... but also throw in....
FS Melee defense, Ruby Bliel, StimpPack Ds, Nuetron Pixie, Vasarion Brandy, vegasparine to help deal with the time they are on top of you.
And that's exactly what I would do if I didn't love my Scatter Pistol so much. Oh well, guess I'll be stuck in saber throw range forever now.

I'm a MSL Mcarbineer 4310 BH...I can take 200k+ knights...It depends on the player not the template.

Well starting two days ago I couldn't find a 110kish padawan. So in my mind, I said " F*ck it!. " I took a 225ker mission, tracked him down, and we had a huge fight. It lasted forever. I used a ton of my D's up. But in the end I got the deathblow.
Ok, so now im feeling lucky. The next day I took 220ker. Again I got the deathblow. Then later on in the day, I took another 225ker and got owned.
Yesterday I dueled a jedi knight and nearly incapped him, but my last critical shot missed and he healed, then incapped me.
Imo, there is no best template. Its a matter of your skill and the jedi skill. I can't take a jedi knight who can kill a guardien and expect to beat him. I could however take a jedi knight, who sucks at pvp and kill him.
Also what I did on the two marks I successfully killed was NOT engage them as soon as I see them. Patience is a good thing to have for a bounty hunter. Just remember we have the ability to engage the fight. They can try to entice you to try to make you attack, but just know they can't make you fight.
If you can't do that, then I suggest you pick another profession.
