I am also going to add, that Bh's have the ability to pick up MCM/Mdoc, and have the ablitly to heal themselves alot better for less mind. You also have the ability to equip your weapons with power-ups ive seen 27% SAC loweirng ones, Sony attempted balance, I think its a bit skewed, but thats besides the point, you make an invalid argument and fail to see the plus sides to having 250 sp to play with.

The thing that's really not going to fit with all this is 2 or 3 bounty hunters getting the same padawan as a mark and teaming up. That will in no way be fair... just a slaughter going on again and again for those players. For the knights, that's probably not an issue.

Ok I just did a build on a character builder to which you just described, Mpowers, LS x4x4, Enhancer 2xx2, healer 4xxx and Defender with a Line, puts you in the whole -3 sps, that templates all over the boards no defense, your hypothetical suituation will not hold up.

Where the heck did I put his template? He is Master Powers with limited healing two lines saber some enhancer and NO defender thank you very much. He like me does not do the flavor of the month. He does not have the defence of a defender but he takes out 4 BH with no problem. With his choke getting better forget it. Next time you want to guess at a template and complain he has not enough skill points try to make his real template. You automatically assumed he had lines that he does not. Now do you not feel just plain forum noobish putting words in peoples mouthes?

So your telling me Mpowers, healer 4xxx, x2xx saber, enhancer 2xx2 ? thats even worse than what I suggested, A docs infusion, negates 33% of the chokes damage a ruby bliel, 1k stims and advanced heals will negate the choke completely. Your argument is still not valid, and no I dont feel bad for "putting words" in your mouth.

Based on those two statements im calling total BS on you, Choke is not spammable, it hits 2times onfirst tick, then ticks constantly, and CANNOT be stacked, theres no way you can hit for 1600 or even 1k in PVP like you suggested.

The force cost was decreased because not counting PVP a PVE encounter (should be easier) would drain you to 1/4 force bar or more, the action cost are still high 4-5 specials no actions, a powers has to stand still and not get hit to do his two other damaing moves Lighting and lighting cone, I call BS.

Choke hits you and it essentially freezes you. Then when it ends small cooldown few secconds then fires again. No while he is firing it off he can not do anything else but neither can you this includes heal. Sorry maybe I mispoke then. Total damage is 1.6k per hit. While you are hit neither one of you can do a darn thing. Try it sometime it sucks. Choke is not a hit and keep going it is hit, effect, effect, finished so in essense to hit it again after this you just spammed it thank you very friggin much. Now go crawl in your little mobile home since you probably went flavor of the month right after CU defender, 4xxx healer, xx44 LS, 4xx4 enhancer. I know I am not dead on your template but for the most part this is a standard for you jedi. Gives you your nice ability to run from a fight with the defences to take a couple of shots in the back while you go to your mobile home. I do not think you have powers in the least. If I am wrong I will admit it. I know what I see him do already. I have watched him do a choke, lightening, choke in that order .

I am not him so I know only generally his template. Of course he has not told me his whole template but for what I know. xx44 LS 4x3x healer, 2xx4 enhancer, MPowers. I might be off on one or two lines but for the most part this is accurate. He can still heal himself the infusion negates 33% now with armor try to figure it out without armor, You will not be able to use your stims while choked and will be using them to heal the LS attacks or his lightening attacks in between. So ummm ya hurt locker since like I have said over and over while choked you can not even heal yourself. No actions means no actions. Then also what else is in that Master powers line oh lookadvanced force KD. Ummm can not heal on your back. I see his attacks going choke, AFKD, power hit, choke. Now your infusion might help a tiny bit in that but as far as your stims will not mean jack and spit and jack left town.

For a run down you are frozen taking massive damage, on your back, hit with powerful saber attack, frozen again. He might use some of his intimidate in there maybe a weaken. Not to mention his force suppression that is a sweet root just incase you do want to get outta his range if you are doing half way decent.

Most of that is all powers and will have a lower force cost now with Pub 19 so yeah I would say he is happy.

Why should they need PvP skills when it is so much more expensive to buy I mean it takes a week of afk grinding on Kash errr I mean it is such a difficult and long grind to get to Jedi anyway. They should be Uber and 1337 for $600 (yes that is how much I saw an afk grinder selling account for on eBay) and sk1lz should be no part of PvPing.

However that said there is no need for PvP skill for the ones that respecd powers after watching EP3, choke/cloak/choke/cloak ftw
