Last 2 marks I've gotten party posters. If I wanted party posters, I'd camp the npcs outside of Bestine. And these are from Boss marks!

Oh.
Well, I don't know anything about all that. Took a month off, and don't know any non-MBH to ask about it. All thr BHs I hang with are MBH.

Only looted Bugs once all the rest were fairly to Great loots thats 1 out of atleast a hundred for me. How many missions did you actually do to make this Assumtion? As for the lower INV tree getting better closer missions. Makes it a Nice Grind them I say let them. To many Complete temps now crying nerf to the Wee ones.

Im a novice BH and all i get off marks are simple toolkits, 1 every kill

Yeah, don't assume the "wee ones" are swimming in great loot! I've been grinding investigation all month and the best thing I got was a finely crafted toolkit. I'm getting muchbetter loot from juve krayts.
