635 is awesome min damage, whoever thinks this is a wall hanger is mistaken.
Who cares about max damage and the speed is fine since most that will be using this will be master bh/master rifle.

That would be the wpn of choice as a first strike weapon against Defenders.

Master riflemen is going to help the speed of the rifle, but it wont be at the level that you need for effective Jedi hunts. You still would do much better putting down some money for a high-end crafted rifle.
Not being able to slice this gun isnt so bad, but the part that dooms it, is the "no pups".
i agree. it would rock if you could stick a speed pup on it.
in beta you were able to do a lvl 1 dmg slice, a full speed slice or critical hit slice. You also could PUP the rifle with a PUP of your choice. The first day they uped the stats you couldnt slice them but they fixed that.
