There are so many ways to make this happen, SOE just needs to hire some creative devs. Maybe once the EpIII marketing machince dies out we will see some decent content items like this again, till then I am gonna go /punch Obi Wan in November..

Just make it an option...oh yeah like people will actually want to be hunted.People will just not do these missions, they will be marked wont they, or youll have people doing NO missions at all!
Jabbas palace is one of the easiest theme parks there is, i doubt you can fail the missions. If you add extra missions to it does that mean the players who've already done it will have the badge removed?
Hiring creative devs, are you suffering from ostrich syndrome. SOE couldnt hire creative DEVS if the lives of everyone on this planet depended on it!
Anyway end of rant, but you get the picture..
Making it optional and adding high end content missions with good rewards would attract some I believe. Yes I know Jabba's current missions are easy, that is why I said ADD some. This is not adding missions for the hemepark badge, but if I remeber correctly Jabba says to come back later he might have som work then. Well there ya go, add some igh end missions there. Its easy to be negative, think about it and respond with some positive ideas.
Make the reward equal the danger and they will come. Compelling content and rewards would attract someone to risk failing a mission and the dangers of being hunted. Making the content and rewards a Star Wars look and feel would help that as well.

Some people who choose the option - I would for one. Heh, I used to post 500k playerbounties on myself just so people would hunt me.
