it says we only accept .jpgs try again.. screw this im riding on my black BARC with right ranged arm black ubese shirt white n lack camo pants red and blu RIS helm and bright green arm wearing red leather gloves lol

I had that problem before, its because I had both a .bmp and .jpeg file both named the same thing and kept selecting the bmp by accident

yeah ms paint saves as a .bmp by default, type .jpg on the end of the file name next time you save it
