I grinded Inv 3 out in about 4 hours of just constant missions. Of course they were giving me abour 850-950xp per mission so it didnt take that long. Inv 4 was way easier. Kill 2 Jedi and I was done!

lol...imagine doing this with no speeders and no player cities, except about 40% of your missions never show up.

ok, im a 2,4,4,4 BH, and i have all the combat XP to get my MBH box, but this investigation III and IV is absolutely the most frustrating thing i have run into in this game.
ive taken the highest mission lvl i can get, the lowest, the middle, and all i ever get is some worthless lvl 36 NPC out in the middle of nowhere on anotehr planet that gives me 400 to 450 BH xp... i mean atleast give be a 50+ lvl guy so the 20 to 30 minutes of finding a drivign out to hist non- shuttleport close location is worth it.
for the 10,000 Xp you need for box 3 id have to take on around 25 missions, PLEASE tell me the marks are actually worth it in box 4
oh and the 5 "mission incompletes" i got were nice...the most recent --- 2 guysunder water? nice....one guy just not there( updated the WP a couple times, then itwent incomplete)
sorry for the rant, but is there any way to tell a worthwile mission from a one that isnt worth wastign anotehr droid on?
Welcome to the BH Profession. The invest grind is a rite of passage and when you get invest 3 you can quickly finish the line by "base slicing" Until then you just have to suffer through it like everyone else that didn't respec the invest line.

get invest 3
go combatant
find a opposite faction pve base and get inside
/tar uplink
find the uplink and play the mini guessing game that follows when you chose "jam uplink" from the radial menu.
You can't lose and its 1K BH exp.

Read this, its the procedure for taking down bases. YOu get 1000 investigation xp per base. Thats 10 bases for those at home keeping count. Get started with a group and have at them. you can do this to 10 PvE bases in a an hour if you know where they are ahead of time.
First person to slice is the Bounty Hunter on the Uplink Terminal: He will have to walk up next to the uplink to begin the process of jamming the uplink. Open up the radial menu and click on the jam uplink. When you begin your jamming process you will see a set of number 1-10. (Make sure that your system messages is enabled in your options) I would recommend you pick 5 at this point because it’s in the middle. You will get a system message that tells you’re too higher or lower. If it were lower I'd choose 3. If it were higher I'd choose 8. As you can see you will eliminate the time if you keep narrowing it down as quick as possible. Once you find the right number you will have to rinse and repeat this method. You will get 1000 xp and a successful slice when you’re finished.

you can do it solo. you get the xp when the uplink is jammed, and since BH get first crack you dont even need to take the base completely down. slide in, jam the uplink and move on to the next base

LOL you should have grinded it out like me:
1) Xp gained half as fast
2) 2x xp needed to the invest. boxes
3) No vehicles or cities
4) 50% of the missions were bugged
Most frustrating grind in my life- this grind deserves Jedi lol
