first it was months of crying jedi are too strong we cant kill them which was the case.. Now the devs have listend and a BH can now kill a full templated Jedi this is why they are running. they are about to die so they RUN... Using FR3 or cloak but they Have to run..

Being a BH vs Jedi isnt about rushing in and attacking the moment you get a fix on his location, it's about stalking your prey until he's in a valnerable situation, or when you are able to turn the situation to your advantage.
If you want my honest oppintion, if you're coming up against cloakers and they're escaping, you simply need more practice and skill. Hunting Jedi should be a challenge, and that's all cloak makes it. If you can prevent a Jedi from cloaking, you win becuase you know he either cant defend against you well, or he cant do enough damage to beat your heals.
Just becuase you're not skilled doesnt mean you should come here and cry nerf. Your thread title is an Ironic fart and no one is taking you seriously becuase of it.
You got first strike FFS! USE IT! (btw, there is no counter to that!)
Edit: SHould add, in time when you gain more experience, you will get to know the Jedi who have and havent got cloak. Use /note to keep a record. If you pull a mark from the terms and you know he's got cloak, then you have just increased your chance of killing him significantly. Track him till he's in a crowded starport and attack. He wont cloak then, and if he does manage to find a spot to /cloak, he's outskilled you, simple as that.
It's getting very boring and frustrating reading threads from people who cry nerf and have quite frankly not even atempted to get the skills required.

its all true.states,roots, etc. but do a small test with you friens( its about 20m range) one with cloak,and another with FR3 on,just try following person with cloak to prevent him to cloaking.you will be impressed with result
and again,i'm talking about situations, when jedi use cloak not to escape,but for taking a break from battle, please re-read my first post.
may be i'm havent skilled.i have just little more 20 kills of full-templated jedi
As a Jedi who has cloak and a BH who's killed many cloakers, I think I'm qualified to talk about it. I've been killed a few times by skilled BH who simply outskilled me.
If a BH swoops in and attacks me when I'm out in the open, yes, he has a hard time preventing me from cloaking I accept that, but then cloak IS supposed to work you know.
If you read my post again, what I'm telling you to do is stack the odds against a cloaker using skill. Do the same test with your pals in Bestine for example. I've been killed twice there by a BH who chose their moment and all I could do was take my hat off to them when they won.
As I said dude, beating a cloaker isnt MEANT to be easy and it shouldnt be, but if you're smart, skilled and stalk your prey like a real BH should then you should have a fun / challengeing fight. A Jedi cant cloak and take a break when he's surrounded by people or NPC's.

I too am failing to understand your problems with Cloaked Jedi. Yes, its frustrating, but as soon as I hit Jedi, you can bet your bottom dollar that I'm going to get Force Cloak as part of my temp.
And remember, you can still track cloaked Jedi with your Tracker droids. Just follow him until the cloak drops. Then what do you have??? A Jedi with drained Force...
Can't wait to have Master BH along with Force Cloak and Advanced Force Heal!!! Heh heh...
And yes, I'm from Farstar too, before you say anything.

The only thing cloaks does is hide you from ennemies, you can still be hit by turrets and by area attacks, if you can´t figure how to get a jedi out of cloak then yer a really bad BH...
btw Im MBH and almost master powers so i know what im talking about,
Cloak is a possibility for the jedi to live longer, nothing else...btw ive seen BHs with Cloak so stop complaining

This just shows you this guys mentality. He would complain about any ability that doesn't allow him to win the fight (try stasis which when used correctly cancause thesamekind of stalemate in a fight). He'sthe one who wants the I win button.
Cloak gives a suprise attack, a quickescape, and good spying abilities.In and of itself, itwill not kill anyone. Very far from an I win button.
Ikill cloakers all the time. Stop whining.

i has about 47 min long fight yesterday,and my mark and i cant kill each other.
This skill is broken,its ruins game mechanics,and need to be fixed/nerfed (call it as you like)
1.increase entering cloak range (33-60m)
2.make longer cooldown
3.move it to master box
4.give bh ability to break cloak (with looong cooldown)

after fight begins and jedi goes cloaked,jedi have our "Alpha strike" ability
