Work off of using Critical shot and Body shot for Damage attacks.
You have paralzye = mezz electro= snare Stopping shot= Root to work with.
If your target trys to run and is out of distance have a non cert rifle and hit him with stoping shot.
Whats the con's of this temp? Can you chain paralzye and stopping shot if there isn't dot ticking?
That template is very similar to one that I used to run - MBH/CM4004/Rifleman4044 and it's really a decent template. There are two downfalls to this template as far as I see it though. First, you aren't completely certified to wear either Battle or Recon Armor and you will recieve some pretty hefty penalties if you choose to wear either one. While Assault Armor can get ~6200 Energy resists that just doesn't seem like enough whenever compared to ~7200 from Battle or ~8200 for Recon. The second downfall as I see it is your inability to put out enough damage against Defenders. If you run across a Jedi with Valor, Aura, and Infusion you're gonna be in trouble because you simply won't be able to put out enough damage to take them down. Currently the only way to even begin to counter this tactic is with DOTs from CM.
All in all, I'd rate this template at about 7.5/10.
