Thread: Jedi gets real life restraining order against BH on Bria
I am the one who posted this on the Bria forums. There was a very lengthy thread a few Weeks ago which several trolls on Bria can vouch for that no longer exists (deleted) with the screenshot of the guy telling Phileo he was going to pursue the restraining order. Today I found out that threat became a reality. Phileo is a well-respected Jedi in my guild and he has 2 sons that play: Le-thal, also in our guild and another that plays in another guild (srry dont know his name). Apparently one of the son's had killed Cho-sen One (the jedi who filed the RO) one too many times. Obviously Phileo is questioning wether he and his family will contimue toplay this GAMEand possibly put his family into unnecessary legal troubles. Believe it or not I really don't care. I just thought i would offer a little background info.

I doubt this is true, you need a threat of Physical violence against you to enact a RO.
Ofcourse this is Arizonia and you do have legal officials who like to make names though stupid BS Publicity Stunts, Like Sheriff Numb Nutz.......
If you do have a RO against you I say violate it and if they actually try to enact it, publicize it, call CNN, FOX NEWS, and all those other news hacks, hell publicize the name of the Judge who made that stupid ruling too! I garuntee he has signed his own early retirement in that RO![]()

It has happened. Simple "trash talk" in a game has, in the past, been taken very seriously by the court system.
I would suggest everyone refrain from speaking about this person too negatively. Instead I suggest using the in game mechanics to handle the issue. Without the trash-talk.

Don't forget this is the country that awarded that woman for spilling hot coffee in her lap.... apparently calling it Hot Coffee wasn't enough.

It aslo awarded a guy a large cash settlement and new vehicle. Aslo ording the compay to re-word it's owners manual.
You see, the plaintiff attempted to make a fresh cup of coffee while driving his new motor home. He set the "cruse control" and went in the back of the vehicle to do this. Subsequently the vehicle left the road and was totaled.
Now you know why your owner's manual refers to it as "speed control" in set of calling it "cruse control".
