don't listen to these guys your a melee so go with burnout sauce (boosts melee damage) vestigpine (melee defense since LS is a melee weap) and brandy. If you have room for on more food then go with one canape. Spices? I would go with neutron pixie. Remember you have melee mig 3 so they won't do nearly as much dam as they would a ranged. This is what you need for food bro.

I try to get all my stats buffed and after I get a good mission I take a steak, in 15 min it will be digested but the effects will last for another 45. do as you like after that, I will usually take 2 brandies a bit before I attack, then thatkillo and pikketta right before as the don't last long. I keep parawan nutri cake, muon, and pixie handy just in case.

Once you have XXX4 Healer is Thakitillo needed anymore?
I was working on a macro to pop some food in case a BH comes by. Sythsteak is a given, but is Vercupti or something else a better option than Thakitillo?

Don't forget Pikatta Pie, works a hundred time's better then steak. Steak is good don't get me wrong but once ittakes the total damage attempts it protects you - you have to scrabble to take another one. Pikatta pie will give you 55% chance to dodge attacks for 22 mins.

I use Pikatta Pie for grinding, so I'd probably be on it already. I thought that Pikatta Pie was pretty useless tho in PvP and high-level PvE because your opponent is so accurate.

Just my two cents:
The lowly food Exo something that's like Synthe is pretty darned good too! I have some that's 5 filling and 26% dmg res. I dont recall the number of hits it takes although when compared to my 35filling 45% synthe it deffintly out shines in PvE.
Then there's the Burnout drink that can give 185% dmg resi for atleast 4 hits. This is something I general pop when I log if I know I'm on the terms. Since it usually takes around 30- mintues before the first BH finds me after I logmy fillinggets reduced to almost -0- by the time I need to pop something. Although it's not a lengthy save it does give a nice little buffer zone.
I keep a complete UI tool bar dedicated to combat actions, one for defensive actions and ofcourse one for food and spices.
There's a drink that reduces current filling on food that you should have on hand just in case. It's better to be prepared then caught off gaurd.
Be safe.
