Anyway, to answer your question, I didn't go get all my badges simply so I could pursue my marks through the wall of mist. I have taken a few missions where my mark happened to be at the village, but for some reason I haven't been able to succeed at any of them. I find the best time to strike is during the phase when the SithShadows are attacking the village. Jedi seem to feel more comfortable while under the impression that they are surrounded by like-minded individuals who are all working on their jedi and let their guard down a bit. Of course, the distraction that the SithShadows provide helps too. I guess my timing's just been off or something because these really sound like prime circumstances and yet I haven't completed a mission there. Oh well. Guess I'll keep trying. I'll post here if I get one.
Yea, I've had a few marks at the village during that phase also. Many would be grouped with friends just to help them get the 50 or so Sith you have to kill. Actually, I think it is 50 of one type, and 25 of another...but that is not the point. Like Rheso, I haven't managed to take any down that were at the village. Anyway, I didn't become FS to hunt marks there. I like the bonuses of Ranged Accuracy and the Defenses.
On the subject of the Warren, you don't even have to do it anymore. I believe those profession badges from the Mos Eisley quests count as content badges now also. Basically, it is now easier than ever to get force sensitive. I remember doing the Warren at CL65, running through there with Mask Scent on hoping none of the huurtons caught a sniff of me. Glad I never have to go back there.

as for dathomir, ive never gotten a mark at the village... lots of marks at the imperial prison though.
out of interest how are you going to work that into your temp?

Well quick check of the Character builder suggests a MBH Master Rifleman FS combat prowess master FS enhanced reflexes x 2 trees and powers x4xx, every sp spent, recon armour stats high damage dealing and cloak, with all the nice skill mods brought about from jedi skills Might not be the guys plan but it works.

Actually...you have 3 points to spare...so that's +9 to ranged speed. How do I know??? That's my template including the 3 blocks of ranged speed.

Go do some vette missions. A lot faster and easier. I was able to go from faint sense of the force, to glowing in a few hours. Especially now that AV21's are semi indestrucible. More and more people are doing vette runs to try and get a powerplant.
i know how easy it is to get glowy...my crafter used to be a swordsman before i bought an alt and it took no time at all. Just saying i dont feel like doing all the badge errands and junk just to get to the village.
yeah i been able to go to the village since it came out and i have yet to have a mark there. npc mark that is.
