Hes clearly not in hiding to avoid visability, the visability has already been gained. Hes hiding in a game mechanic.
You know, playing Jedi is not much fun these days. I have not logged in mine in over 3 weeks, but I play my BH several hours a day. It's "weak sister" leet speaking retards like you that give BH's a bad name.
Usually dont post here guys, and I do apologize for the intrusion, but we would have a much better game if the people who will never amount to anything in real life, powerless, weak, tiny minded little a$$hats like this one were kicked from both professions.
Your a BH and your mark got away?....suck it up and move on. Your a Jedi and got ganked?...suck it up and move on.

He may have already gain enough Vis to get on the terms but by fighting he will gain more so I stand with what I said before (btw my stupid workplace does not allow Imagedump so I don't know how he is hiding, just the fact that he is)

I'm still trying to figure out how he was abusing his droid. Also, the devs have made every other player structure inaccessible to both Jedi and BH. The GCW uses a different game mechanic than that ofnormal crafted player structures but was not intended to be a safe house for oppposite faction bounties.
You wonder why more BH are hunting same faction now.

It's called a combat droid. Anybody can use one. I "abused" my combat droid when I was CL 20 to hurry through Jabba's missions.

Also, the spamed pet/droid commands are a little shifty... it's alot of telling a droid to do something, so shenanigans just could be present.
