Sure! 3-5 man teams are great! a joke!

Iagree with the joke of the terminal but that 45 min wait for 3 missions is sometimes worth it. especially when someone has a custom bounty on their head thats worth 3x their listed bounty.

Who said Light side jedi arent spiteful??

now this 5 man team thing,I think is as rare as finding Zuckuss in a bacta tank IG.

I took a full template mark mission this weekend and he was out at the Prison. I didnt know about the DJM stuff so I was curious why he was out there. I stalked him for a while and then got beat in about one minute. I will say it was tough fighting out there unless you catch them at the prison. There are all sorts of spawns around making it difficult to navigate the terrain (LOS) without drawing other MOBs into combat. I will probably go back though and maybe with a group since I dont think I can handle a full template alone.

you people are doing this all wrong...

...bout time I revealed my Knight killing secret.

Kill them AFTER they kill the DJK or DJM. After they either stop to channel force or return to the prison and channel. THIS IS SOMETHING THEY MUST DO. They are so drained of force killing them AFTER is a cake walk. During the fight they are running their macros and such...still a tough kill.

I killed a Knight with a single critical blast and then DB'd him.

1) There's a BH Term right in the middle of the prison courtyard, at the door/entrance
2) There's a master level spynet op at -6239 940 near the shuttle (you probably won't even need him tho, since your marks will be about 600M from you max)
3) Every jedi on your server not grinding on kash is there looting DJMs for uber tapes

Why not go where the hunting is great, instead of complaining about how every mark is at Kashyyk.

One tip: Don't wear your BH scatter and BH tag while you're there, so you don't send them running. You know, fly casual.....don a fake pike and wear your Novice Medic tag, hang out at the terminal, and see who's hanging about. If you really want to make it easy, bring your ranger friend with you to identify all players in the vicinity..I guarantee most of them with be jedi, and the rest will be your fellow BHs hunting them.

Happy hunting.

Mainly I think because if a Jedi is out there they are Master Defender and there is a myth that no template can take one down lol.

The man is right, I have done some grinding on the nightsisters there recently. A good group does pretty well out there and none of those AFK ding dongs or los exploitersto deal with like the trails.

As a word of advice though, if a Jedi is confident enough to be out there grinding in public I would be very wary of most of them. You won't see too many sub 200K missions out there if I had to guess. Not saying you can't take them by any means, just make sure you dont just run up spamming attacks or you might get the short ride home.

Here's a little tip for you on pulling multiple missions (I'm both a BH and a Jedi)

If you refresh and get just the mark you want DO NOT ACCEPT IT YET. Wait until the rest of your group has it up as well before you all accept it at once. That way their chances of pulling the same mission are not diminished by you taking it off of the terminals.

As an example of what I am trying to say.

Say you have200 different Jedi on the terminals and let us further assume that they all have 5 missions each on them, that is a total of1000potential Jedi missions. If you are the first BH to search for a specific Jedi's mission you have a 1 in 200 chance of getting that mission. Say you accept it, the next guy looking for that mission has less of a chance to get it at a ratio of 1 in 250, the next guy would be 1 in 333, the4th guy would be 500 to 1, and finally to get the fifth it is at about 1000 to 1.(numbers rounded)

(this is one reason I have a very hard time believeing in 5 man BH gank teams.)

The math may not be 100% accurate but you get my point here.

and if you would read my post, only one of us ever found a viable mission (one of the 8 names we were looking for)

i do know about the reduced missions available supposedly having a lesser chance of reappearing on the terms. i think it is bull. i have been there, and tried that, and we still spent untold hours refreshing.

but, whatever helps you sleep at night.

Wimpanzee,

I wonder why I bother to try to help out when people are more willing to flame then add to the discussion.

Consider for a moment that not everyone that reads the boards knows as much about the game as you or I since I see you are a vet from 10-17-04.

I think that posting this kind of information is beneficial to all, I was not directing it at you otherwise I would have put your name in there. In the future you may want to think about the flames you send before you hit the submit post button.
