Actually, they are whining over there. There are 2 whines at the moment.
1) Whines by those that don't have a clue how the BH process works going on about how BHs are going to still hunt them down over and over.
2) Whines about there still being no fix to the premium pearl drops.
So, yes..they ARE whing. (smart guy)
Its like a perpetual whining machine. If we could harness the waisted energy the whiners produce we would solve the worlds energy problems.
So far the only complaint I have about the whole deal is that were only getting a measly 52K for a Jedi that might turn out to be a full temp. Granted they did mention there being some kind of bonus involved considering there level/term time. But I doubt the pay off will be in the 200K like we have been seeing.
Each side has there complaints/wants/etc. etc... SOE is never going to completely sway one way or the other. Being a MBH for quite some time now...I have seen multiple changes, Pre-CU was good, I did like some of the Post CU stuff as well. But from where the community stands now, just from reading thru hundreds of posts... I don't see there is any hope of pulling off a fix to make the Majority happy.
I'm sure you all have read plenty of posts whining about this and that from all sides of the profession world. All I can say is....does it do any good? Really....??? Cause, every day I log on here to see whats new....seem's to be the same ole thing day in and day out. I think it will actually be left in the hands of the players eventually....There is always going to be a bad apple in the bunch, or several of them but hey, what can we do about it. What I mean is this....
There will come a time when there will be so many people who become Jedi that it will seem as though that is all there is. The few whom remain in the other professions will eventually die out from bordem or some other reason. Bounty Hunters, although will have a purpose as far as killing Jedi, will be so outnumbered that it will be crazy...not that it matters much, they will simply have that much more to kill (or attempt to anyway). The economy will crumble, lack of content for people will start to become an issue, and so on and so on. Eventually a new expansion will come out, liven things up a bit...possibly a short time, who really knows...but it will fall right back to where it is today. SWG in my opinion is still a fun game, just depends on what you want to do. I haven't played allot of other professions, Dancer, musician... but now there's no combat fatigue....so.....what do they do besides a 2 hour buff? I don't know of many that make much money doing that...
To end this... There's so much negative as to the direction this game is going from so many people that is seems pointless. But for those that decide to hang in there and see where it leads... more power to ya. I truly see this game going to a full PVP Jedi vs Bounty Hunter game, with the exception of a few whom like crafting things or have an alt that do. Not that it would be a bad thing but we spend so much time focusing on the Jedi and BH that several other issues get pushed aside or forgotten altogether. I still enjoy playing, and will continue to hunt Jedi until they make it impossible...then maybe I'll join the ranks of the jedi just to PVP that way. That or maybe SOE will eventually give BH's something else to hunt...?

Did you try to test this yourself? or are you guessing? Guess what... If your mark was worth 226K, the mark is still worth 226K if you kill them. The "bonus" is just the rest of the payout you would of normally received. It is now affected if the mark was recently killed, since the mark's value is suppose to go lower after they die.
Stop posting FUD. Get in the game and test it before guessing.
somehow every thread in here relates back to jedi crying and BH's crying i guess im gald to be leaving the proffession of the whiners

I cant say I feel all that sorry for you! Even with a MBH you can have a very good template! For example like MBH, MRifle and 3000 CM or so. Thats what my BH had for some time back if I remember correct!

1st: I can hardly track Jedi forum every 10sec to see if they found a new favorit whine.
That's because you haven't mastered *Master Forum Troll* yet. Only the most skilled can handle the jedi forum. Perhaps you should try your luck on the SL forums..they move much slower..would be more your level.
2nd: I dont recall I started calling you smart guy, that was reply to another.
I am well aware of that, but you used the smart guy comment when you were wrong...I gave it back to you in his stead.

Well, if he is just a 4/0/0/4 Bounty Hunter then I would expect him to be hunting around his level...

If you took the time to F'ing READ, I said "I doubt the payoff will be 200K" so obviously NO, I hadn't tested it yet. And now that I have I see that the payoff is infact just as good as it was, other than it's like a lotto now with what you might get. But before you take the time to make an A$$ out of yourself atleast pay attention to what was said.
