wow.... i just came to realize my problem thanks to shender and drek, i really aprpeciate all the input!
You see i notice you guys talk alot about stalking your prey and learning his habits, i now know that a jedi mission isnt about grab the mission, use ur droids, find him and attack.... a jedi mission shouldnt take an hour, or two...
That is my problem im too quick i never thought to spend soo much time stalking a single target, it makes sense now...
shender made a good point of attacking at a weak point
drek made a good point of letting your mark make your kill for you
thanks a ton for all the input... as of now i slumber but tomorrow at dawn i find a target....
as to the specs of my weapon they look something liek this:
Dmg: 1200 (rounded to nearest ten)
Speed: 1.3 modded
SAC: 83
Accuracy: 20
Type: Kinetic
ive tried both of these strtegies:
using a SAC powerup and spamming my most powerful attacks
and
using a speed powerup and spamming ranged and placed shot
(of course i use my state shots and KD's and snares

do you also have a 75% armor break slice on all your armor?advanced armor break can hurt really bad.

this is not a flame but im just curious how much pvping you've done before taking on jedi.
alot of jedi were the 'uber' pvp's from before jedi came out, they have been fending off other BH's now for a year and have that much jedi vs bh exp under their belts, they have the best stuff a jedi could ask for (pearls, great saber, SEAs, etc) over time from collecting them, and they have plenty of jedi vs jedi vs non-jedi GCW pvp exp.
now of course this doesnt fit the description of EVERY jedi (especailly now that there are so many new ones) but is it possible you've been unlucky enough to pull missions on the meanest one's around? /shrug

I have much better luck with MBH/MPistoleer/CM4-0-0-0. Crowd control works wondors, and I have an fwg5 that does 500ish dps. Root and switch to adv laser rifle from 80m, kd, disarm.... all great specials against jedi.

CM and BOMB DROIDS FTW .. and 226k jedi showing of dueling noobs in mos eisley ftw!
tbh, i havent killed a jedi with pre-cu saber, they kill you in like 3 strikes. but the kash grinding jedi that are full templated now are beatable, they havent a clue of what they are doing. i only use paralyze once during a fight and its my opening attack, paralyze, debuffs then dots.. get yourself a speedsliced carbine or pistol with speed pup. spam away

I've come to the conclusion without the Pistoleer root, MBH/MR is not that good of a template. Rifleman as a profession sucks lol. A shame that the "nuker" actually can't nuke anything unless he has some crowdcontrol in his template.
If I were you I'd drop MR and pick up some more CM, like xxx4 or look into getting Pistoleer root.
btw, saying you can not kill a fully templated Jedi is not very accurate. What you probably mean is you can't kill a fully templated Defender Jedi. Your template was not designed, IMO, to take those type of templates down.

okay i have been killing full template's jedies also when i was mbh . HERE'S A TIP: kd him when he's in the sea or something and root,snare and those stuff.he can't attack or heal i think but that was my tactic and i have killed a bunch of full templates. but against a mdef im doomed lol

There are 3 bh on my server who i have seen beat many full template jedi, I think they are all master combat medics, they have the food and the weapons and the 8k energy armor break sliced RIS.
As other people have pointed out the key element is attacking at the right moment, if an MCM can gets close enough to a jedi to paralyse, drain and traumatise then the jedi is in trouble, attacking during pvp seems to be particularly effective. If a jedi is snared, traumatized and having to heal dots that tick for over 600 whilst his attacker is firing at him from over 40 m away then there isn't much he can do, added to that the armor break sliced RIS will reduce the jedis damge to about 400-500 (even with an uber sabre) and the MCM will be able to heal for at least 1200 every few seconds. If the jedi sticks around to fight then he can easily be worn down and drained of force.
Am not saying its easy, but its definetly doable.

Well I did kill a 209k jedi in about 2 minutes. I have a pistol with 66 SAC now and I use SAC pups to drop the SAC to 46. I'm jump in hitting with improved quickdraw, advanced critical shot, improved bodyshot, torso shot then repeating thisalmost continuously. I made this 209k jedi that laughed at me when I first showed up eat his words and then he tried to run as the battle turned around quickly into my favor. It was actually as easy as a low level jedi and he was prepared enough for me.
