good advice. this post is answering my question. my idea is to use higher level mobs to practice bh skills until i begin to take on jedi, if ever. :-) the healing seems to be a great boon. i have a macro running through all the healing (i am MR/BH 0004/Doctor 4002/Medic 4240/Scout 4002) which reallys seals the deal for me. seems i can last a lot sometimes though i am just starting with that macro.

i don't use a recurring macro, i just wait till i get pretty low and then run the macro to cycle through all the healing to get maximum healing. so far, i have not hurt my mind too much doing this as it simply runs each heal once with intervals in the macro to wait for things like bacta toss. when it ends a few seconds later, with the 30 second bacta infusion, i am already pounding away agin.

i understand what you are saying but being a jedi as well i have fought BH's that as soon as the fight starts and i hit them once i notice they are healing and waste the full mind cost for half of what they can heal in total. and if they are lucky enough to last a few minutes i end up wiping the floor with them because they can't heal anymore......its the same when fighting a jedi too. Everyone trie to stay alive long enough to make them use all their force up, well my jedi has 6900 force i am not going to use it all up 1on1 i will run out of mind or action long before i run out of force.

if healing is not the way to pwn a jedi, then what, in your oinion, is?

i'm a CL62 MBH, CM3300, nov pistols....and I routinely take on CL70 marks....it's not at all difficult with the magnitude of heals I have. the only foods i pop are thundercloud, spiced tea, brandy.
game, set, match.

my opinion on beating a jedi is brains not brawn....catch them with their pants down so to speak. mono et mono, toe to toe i am sorry if they know how to fight and use what they have not a chance in hades of beating them when they have full force and full health. Its best to stalk them wait for that precise moment when they are just about to the point where you can KD them and the next shot incaps them...call it fighting dirty if you like but hey i am a BH of course i am a scumball
i have tried to go toe to toe with them some i beat some i don't if they are Mdef and have the opportunity to use avoid incap, which they do if you come at them with full pools, its a no win situation for you, but catch them in a fight or i especially like to catch them while they are using channel force and their health is at like 500, muahahaha

I took out a gold elite (before the master fix) at level 74.
Had foods, buffs, and a droid helper.

and about just loving what you are doing. Live the part, role play it and you will enjoy it. The first jedi mark i killed i stalked for 4 days till i made my move. watched his every move. where he got his buffs....where he liked to hunt and at what times....was he alone or with friends.....and i found at nearly the same time everyday his buffs ran out and he was alone so at that precise moment i came out of nowhere to the shuttle he used everyday and BAM down he went. The greatest day of my life i was shaking so hard i almost couldn't click my mouse button. Thats what its all about
