ok now i only have investigation 3 and i used to use 1 of 2 spy net operatives depending on where i was i used the one in kaadara and i used one that is in bela vistal next to the cloning center now when i go to either of them they tell me they dont handle bounty hunters of my caliber so where do i go to get the bio signature cuz without it i cant do missions since i cant hunt jedi anymore due to the masterminded publish 20 (thanks alot morons) so yea where is the new spy net operative for people with investigation 3.

The bounty hunter mission difficulty modifier was moved around in the investigation tree with publish 20. Where you're at you probably lost a level of bh mission difficulty so you need to go to what used to be the next lower level informants. Check the informant thread, or just try every informant in Kaadara until you find one that works.

Also try Dearic Starport, he's to the left of the door as ur entering the SP after you lad there.
