The best challenge out there is an enemy that thinks and feels, fears and hates. Can choose to run or stay and fight till death comes to one of you. No NPC brings that to a bounty hunter. I can kill NPCs all over the galaxy, doing bounty missions or quests or any mission at mission teminals open to all. That takes no skill, anyone can do it. To defeat Jedi takes skill and that is what proves you a bounty hunter.
