Well bro, TBH I can see a tiny difference heh.
I myself have +25 RS/GRS, and notice only a small difference. Its okay, I mean with a SAC pup, I can easily solo a boss w/ no food or buffs at all.

it would be nice to know how the doctor buff factors in, it's pretty obvious it's not adding a raw 25 speed. perhaps it's meant to be read as a 25% change?

my rifle speed is 147 with tapes/fs skills
I do seem to fire fast but in duels with my friend whos +120 rifle speed we pretty much break even, I can't tell of any real advantage. We dueled with both of us only using rangedshot/placedshot and it was very close.
do the skill mods work?

MBH/MRM here, I can't remember exactly how much speed I have in tapes, but it's over 40. Unequpping all the modded armor/clothing, I found no noticeable difference whatsoever. Having a doctor buff visibly increases the attack speed, now wether it's +25 or +25%, it's stilllower than what I have in tapes (25% * 120 = 30). Before the adrenal boostnerf, when it was +40, I was shooting close to one shotper sec.Either buffs work in mysterious ways or attachies are broken.

they do work, they just don't provide a lot of value, when i said 25% i meant actually 25% faster, not 25% more in the speed stat.

If I had a CA of +25 General Ranged Speed, +25 Pistol Speed, would these stack to +50, or still cap at +25?

Well... They wouldn't stack per say, but the effects of the individual bonuses would. Since they're separate skill mods their respective caps are +25, but since they affect the same stat, 25 of each will count as 50.
So.... No, but yes?
