I think that in all likelyhood, however, the chances are that person was using /track. It could be done using emotes I suppose, but with the number of people who take up the tracking line these days because of it's benefits, it just makes more sense to me that way. Besides, even if it was set up using a non-ranger, the person is "acting" like a ranger for the pic.
