If it didn't attach instead of not applying then it sounds more like a bug fix than a bug. Skill tapes still do not stack in the same piece of clothing but in the past it would have just eaten your second tape with no increased bonus.

tapes with the same skill bonus does not stack, the new tape only override when it has a higher bonus than the old tape. you need to put them on separate clothing next time.

Ok. Yesterday we set up our brand spanking new player city. Achieved getting 10 citizens to our new guild/city and all of them voted. 10 citizens (including the guildleader) 10 votes cast.

However, this morning, I had an email saying we didnt get enough citizens and bang went city hall. Now come on!

This a bug? Or cant galaxies work up to the number 10?

Everyone registered in the city.

Sounds like a bug to me

From the stickies:

Q: How do I start a player city?

A: At the bare minimum, you need a player-crafted City Hall relevant to the planet you wish to start a city on, you need a Politician to place the city hall (and to remain as Mayor of the city), you need an area of ground that can support a good-number of houses, and you also need at least 10 other players to place houses and declare residence within the initial 150m radius of your city within 24 hours of placing the city hall. Creating a successful city takes planning and dedication; don't think because it doesn't take skill points that there is norequired commitment on the part of the player. An important thing to keep in mind is that you are creating a community, and that in order to do so you will need to rely on many individuals to make it happen. A Player City is not a solo venture.

*Please note that it takes 24 hours to process a change of residence for a player. If there was no previous residence, the declaration takes place immediately

I'd assume that since all of your citizens were able to vote that they were all in the city radius. The only thing I can think of it that small note about taking 24 hours to process a change of residence for a player.

You'll want to send in a Customer Service ticket using the in-game Holocron (ctrl+H) as soon as possible. If you still have all the new citizen mails, keep them in your e-mail box as well. Give them as much information as you can in the ticket. They only have a limited amount of time that they can pull things back from being deleted, so the sooner you do this the better.

Could you let us know what they tell you, too? That way if this is some kind of new bug we can get it looked into.

Then every city would have "poofed" before getting started unless a city hall was placed after the houses were down and had declared residencies.

This sounds more like a bug. Perhaps a server boundry? Or someone declared within the 24 hours before hand and thus declaring residency in the city limits was invalidated? But then how would you explain that everyone voted?

Wait, is the mayor one of those 10? Mayor's can't have declared residences because city hall is their home. So if the mayor was one of the 10, that would leave you with 9 right?
