QFE, not to bash the CSRs but I cannot agree more. About 5 months ago I lost a vendor from our GH and filed a ticket. First response was a automated e-mail. Second said it was my fault and the vendor and items were gone, third said it was an obvious bug and reinstated my vendor with all maint and items.

Bottom line is only ask for CSR help as a last resort and if you think they are wrong, they probably are..
