I calculated the regen rates for the mind pool and here's what I found (values are in percentage points regained per second):
base: 0.83
doc buff: 0.87
spiced tea: 0.90
booster: 0.92
doc+tea: 0.94
doc+spice: 0.95
tea+spice: 0.97
all 3: 1.01
The next set of numbers is how much faster a regen is compared to the base rate:
base: 0%
doc buff: 4.85%
spiced tea 8.0%
booster: 10.2%
doc+tea: 12.5%
doc+spice: 14.29%
tea+spice: 16.13%
all 3: 20.67%
Nice numbers, what was the stats on the tea? I suppose the fourth regen buff you could add in is the SL 10% mind regen buff.

Tea was +181, and I did it for all 3 regens...I'll have the excel spreadsheet up on my website if the domain ever gets transferred to the new host. When I get a chance, I'll test to see if one of the +200 mind regen foods gives much more bonus, but the way it looks compared to other regens, that +20 doesn't change much. The odd thing is the +10% you're supposed to get for the doc buff is only about +5% (/ponder), and the +20% increase from spice comes out to only +10%. But when you add the 2, you don't quite even get the combined regen rate (even truer with action regen where doc buff is 6%, spice is 12% and combined is 16%).
That's very interesting, good work indeed.
