What happened is your jedi ran into the lava before you killed him, but you lagged and thought you incapped him while he was on the land. When your computer caught up it realized the body was actually in the lava, so it warped.

nope. she even told me in a tell she slid when i assumed she ran for it and sent a tell "was that really necessary"

This thread like many others on the BH forumis littered with Jedi Refuse. Just ignore it, although, at times I do wish I had a broom to sweep it up and remove it.
The warping issue REALLY needs to be addressed and I don't see what the big deal with having a successful BH mission if the Jedi decides to cide on you. Its a WIN WIN situation IMHO. Jedi doesn't lose thier XP and the BH gets his reward and doesn't continue to hunt the Jedi.
Clearly though rational thought won't be tolerated on the forums.
