I was fighting a jedi...it was a good fight. It could've gone either way...then another BH showed up...grouped with me and we took the jedi out.

You do lose condition DURING BATTLE. What you don't lose is having to reinsure the items after death and / or lose xx pct more decay due to cloning with uninsured items.

For some reason jedi do massive damage to the condition of your armor. Not sure why but I've lost over 5000 in one 20 minute fight with a jedi to my Ubese helmet. I remember specifically looking at the condition before and after the fight.
