Dath/Yavin IV/Endor/sometimes Rori back in those days. Remember the 8 out of every 10 marks that would spawn smack in the middle of a 2m wide tree and never move? I know you do =) BH in early '04 was hell indeed.

It fails under 250m... Not sure it's a bug, now I think it's an "escape" feature. Thing is I always thought it was a bug, but then 2 days ago I had something VERY interresting happen :

I stayed 2000m away and wait for a moving update : there was no update and seeker eventually lost track, so I launched a last seeker thinking I would abort if this one didn't work.

Answer was : not the on the planet !

So I launched a second probot and my mark had switched planet...

Now I do think it's more of an escape feature...

Also, please know that the way bounties work now is heaven compared to what it was. I did my first BH on TC a year and a half ago, and believe me I always considered myself happy if at the end of any day I was above 40% killed marks : incomplete because of water / never spawning / never updating / white mark / in a tree / inside a wall etc...
