Well you know what.. i heard that bounty hunters, get a special robe, that has "hidden" abilities, that make your marks actually spawn in a area, where you can kill them... this of course.. comes with the smuggler revamp.

Never worked for me. Samegoes for AOE attacks and bomb droids.I know Tanks never seemed to push for this, but I see it as a relevant issue.
For most worlds you can avoid buildings/water by not getting within 500m if you mark is in a city/lake. On some planets, like Rori for example, rivers and lakes are everywhere but there's no telling how deep they are until you get there.

The AoE method always worked for me. 'Course that was quite a while ago, it may have been changed. I used to always get someone nearby to stand between me and my mark then hit them with (at the time) Lightning Cone 1 and the mark would come straight for me.
