I know its Commando but is the damage range and speed better than a DC-15?

range is 64m i think... and i believe its actually cert for all lvl54.. not just master commandos.

only problem is it use heavy weapon speed and accuaracy mods.. so youd get better dps as a 'plain' rifleman with a T21..

It is a master commando/ level 54 certed weapon. (currently cert displays are bugged and dont show proper cert). proton Carbine is master Bounty hunter.
