you can get them from anoyne in the faction.

all the person has to do is use the /delegate command and they will delegate faction points to you

usually goes for over 100 cr per FP, so it could be expensive

I heard somewhere that in some static peko peko spawns, that if you kill enough of the giant or normals, that an albatross will appear. Is this true?

I can't say whether that is true or not, but I can tell you I have seen 2 in the game. There isn't any way to tame them since if I remember correctly they are level 120 or 125. Thus a MBE can't help us either.

i am hearing over and over that there won't be any food that buffs mind any more! Can someone tell me if that is a fact or Bs?

Just to clarify, Blue Milk (and Aitha) will heal mind damage, they won't put you over your normal max. Vasarian Brandy will give (at this time) a total of +300-500 to Mind, Focus, and Willpower for 30-60m if you fill up on two doses. Spiced Tea gives +35-60 to mind (with about 1/5th the filling of brandy).

What's worrying people is that we won't have mind buffs at the same level of Bivoli Tempari or Angerian Fishak.

Yes, but note that there is no FOOD which will buff the "Mind" Stat anymore. There are drinks that do, but no food.
