But YOU are not doing anything to influence the Loot Tables to obtain this better Loot. So still, even though Loot does seem better after a Server Restart, there is nothing you can do yourself but run the missions. And ALL things loot better after server reset!
It all boils down to the fact, nothing you do makes loot better for you. Everyone has the same chance to get the same loot. The Devs, Blitex, no one, put in lines of coding saying these people get better loot. The people who "seem" to get better loot, are usually the ones who do nothing but run missions everytime they log on. It may seem that some of us have "bad" luck at getting the good loot, but, most that keep coming on here complaining they don't get good, are the ones who think after 5-10 missions they should have looted: Power Cells, Uber Cas, etc.
Myself, I have ran around 100-150 missions. This is more or less what I have come up with in that time:
Enhanced Power Cells: 3 sets (sold 2)
Reinforced Casings: 2 sets (gave one to guild weaponsmith, still have the other)
Clothing Attachments: 6 (4 uber ones, 2 mediorce)
Smuggler Loot: over 100 pieces
Bugs: maybe 5-10
Money made off missions: ~ $300,000 - $450,000
Now, I don't know about most of you, but I consider that right where it should be. I am by far a hardcore npc mission runner, but would say I have come out nicely. But you know what, nothing I have done, could have done, or will do can change what I loot. Using a /macro to loot, double clicking, or using the radial menu WILL NOT influence loot either.
I know some people will say that using the radial menu on the Avatar will get you the Jellyfish Holograms, WRONG! I have looted 3 of them by using a macro or double clicking. Never have I used the radial menu. So its the same thing. Same loot no matter how you loot it. The Luck tree will also not influence your loot (credits yes).
And for the people who say they can prove that what they do influences the loot they get? Prove it! Can you, no. Can it be disproven, yes. Just like the guy who bowls a perfect game in bowling, does so by doing the EXACT same thing he did on his first strike or what not, would have been able to still bowl that perfect game by not doing it.
My final word: ITS ALL IN YOUR HEAD!
they should at least say 'Boss Bugs' or something. if we get crap from the uber marks, at least make it semi cool crap.
a meatlump king warm hat would be nice....
