ok so i think the HLR sounds good. what are the caps on it? should i ask a WS for a dmg capped low SAC, dmg/speed. what??? any advice is nice. i think ill get a T21 too so what should i ask for on that?

A BH came after me the other day and was using one, he was a MBH MDoc, had he been a riflemen he would have really blown me apart but w/ doc he didnt have the acc or defence to back himself up. Its a really nice gun tho he hit for over 700 damage through improved auraevery single time he him me but never could hit more than 2 timesin a row.

as a former 12pt ws most of the orders for BHs or Rifleman that came my way were for ALRs or HLRs...with a smattering of DHR in between...the T21 cant be scoped and has the same caps as the ALR. That handicaps it somewhat...it also takes a much higher amount of Cells or tissues to make than the ALR. It looks much better dont get me wrong but....man oh man, As a bounty hunter do you want a rifle that'll lokk good while you fight handicapped or something thatll pack as much punch as your capable of bringing....
