had one also appear inside the wall of the house, i could target him but but got the "can't see target" when i tried to fire. my medic droid could would attack on command but not inflict any damage because he couldn't quite reach him. might be an idea to carry your bomb droids with you on npc missions just in case you get this happening.

i had one but a stormie decided to attack it for me...

i turned up to see i couldnt attack it first becuase its my first white cone then see someone else was attacking it: quite a shock. Still, i ogt the xp for doing nothing

So they would engage you if you are a combatant? Because chances are theres no recruiter within 30 second riding distance to the mark. Also does that work on the mark that shows up as "a commoner"?

Every mission I've done (60+ so far), they have never aggro'd me before I did. All of those were on leave. However, when I went near one as a combatant, it aggrod on it's own after a few seconds.

Hopefully this will work. I've had 2 of the white marks and a no show during my last mission run. That made 3 bugged missions out of 5 that day.

UPDATE:

I just confirmed this works. I had a white mark outside Theed. As my BH is an Imperial, I went into Theed and went SF, rolled back, got the "?" over the marks head and prepared for a scrap. I was able to get my money and the 500th Delicate Trigger Assembly from these marks.....where's my BH armour schems?

hmm very strange every white conned npc i have had has agroed me as soon as i was combatant and as for getting help with boss marks i have been able to have 2 diff people help me by them healing me and waiting for the mark to do an aoe attack then they are able to attack the mark also

This in fact works - woohoo!!!

Although it did give me a disturbing thought - what if this is the precursor for making Bounty Hunters and Jedi be declared Combatant / Special Forces permanently?

I have had two of my npc bounties attack other people who are combatants also and one was white conned the other was yellow.The yellow one let us both attack it while the white con who attacked a passer by while i was filling out the report didnt.I got both paydays but didnt get the loot.The guy who got attacked by the yellow con offered the loot but he did most the work beforeI got there so I told him to keep it
