hehe im more lucky than good.
theres a lot of tactics to use with this template that can cause the jedi to di very quick, give me a pm with any specfics n i might be able to help you cant tell eveyone all my tactics!
Everyone has said startleshot is good but when ever i've used it the jedi have immediately had anger appear on their states to replace it.
Also how do people deal without ability to root, suggestions for other skills to get please would be helpful, as currently have cm 0400 have yet totr now DOT ae working though?
Thank you to everyone who has submitted posts already, all are appreciated x

As MRM, MBH, Pistoleer 0/0/0/3, my healing was too inferior to deal with jedi damage. It was a decent template pre-CU, but in this day and age, it doesn't really work for me.
Now I'm MRM, MBH, CM 4/0/0/0, Medic 0/4/1/0. Since respeccing, the only times I have died were because of the KD bug and I was unable to get up. Other than that, jedi have not been able to outdamage me or take my mind down significantly between stimpack Ds and bacta shot/spray/toss.
The best thing you can do as an MRM, MBH, CM 4/0/0/0, is get lots of action regeneration and mind regeneration. Even with a capped SAC rifle and SAC powerup, you will still need action regeneration. You will also need mind regeneration for healing of course.
I use: Crispic, Synthsteak, Vegeparsine (probably doesn't work but I have tons of crates of it), Pikatta Pie, Mandalorian Wine, Elshandruu Pica Thundercloud and Booster Blue Spice. Also deuterium pyro for the initial strike and sometimes ruby bliel.
For my staple damage moves, I use: critical shot, head shot, torso shot (the bleed). I use these because they have done the most damage for me. I basically spam them all at the same time so when one cooldown timer is down, I can use the other one. When myaction gets lot, I use ranged/place shot. When I need to stop them, I use root, snare, KD. I used to be a pistoleer so I still have root. I've been told this is an exploit, but when I sent ina bug report (at the urging of my friend), the CSR didn't seem to care. *shrug* I'll use it until they say otherwise.

Did you forget that all kinetic rifles basically suck in comparison to the best energy rifles in game?
What, you mean like a damage and sac capped Assault Bowcaster when you say 'all kinetic rifles basically suck' ?

well you probably have auto attack ranged shot on. starle is broken by your attacks droid attacsk and bleed ticks (why i never use torso) its effective in many ways but, some of the best ways are these
1. gives u a breather for 5 seconds so you can get a free heal
2. strops tehm healing for 5 secs nice to do if thers half health and your ready for burst damge.
3. the most advance tactic with this is destroying ther macros, most jedi run aura infusion macros, if u time a stralte shot just as there aura infusion will go down the macro wont take effect leaving them with out this for ages. i do this all the time, and ive had al lot of tells from dead jedi saying "you onlywon cause my macro didnt work" or i couldnt heal!

When you get low on SAC, instead of just standing there and waiting for your action to regen, spam ranged/placed shots to keep them from regenerating their HAM as quickly.
I have found that my MRM, MBH, CM 4/0/0/0 template hits just as often as my MRM, MBH, Pistoleer 0/0/0/3 template. With the built in pre-scope accuracy on my rifle, skill tapes, and crispic/deuterium, I can almost hit 400 accuracy.
The best initial strike, in my opinion, is sniper shot and bomb droid (if they don't notice/recognize you and run anyhow). The key to a fast, successful takedown is high detonation power bomb droids. With a good bomb droid, I have taken out roughly 40% of a jedi's health. First send the droid to chase, when it gets to about 15 meters away, type /detonate and by the time it reaches the target, the countdown will have ended and it will explode.
This should be used in conjunction with a sniper shot (and deuterium pyro). You should get about 1400 damage with the bomb droid. Then you can finish him off with a sniper shot and then critical shot. If he's still up, knockdown and spam your main specials.
If they don't die on the first strike, I still usually kill them. The problem MRM/MBHs have with jedi are defenders. Don't get me wrong, they can't kill me, but I can't kill them either. Well, I have killed defenders, but I could tell they weren't very adept at fighting. Any good defender worth his salt should not die to a rifleman. I stress the word "good".
But non defender jedi.. I usually smoke them. I don't have the best rifle, but it still is pretty damn good. 382 base DPS and fully sliced. 630 or 640 mod DPs. If they don't have defender, they have a very hard time keeping up with my damage. I can cut out their health very quick, which in essence cuts their mind too when they heal.
Come to think about it, I have always won (or occasionally drawn) my fights versus all jedi non-defenders. If it's a defender, the fight will last for about an hour or more. In that case, it is wise to just try and call a truce with the defender. You don't want to be headstrong and lose a bunch of condition on your armor from a drawn out fight that's getting no where. They will usually want to stop as much as you do. But in the case that you are getting through to a defender, and his mind is being cut out bit by bit, stick with it and keep trying to down him.
Aside from tactics, the best thing you can have is good gear. Get all the best foods/drinks/spices you can. Especially synthsteak (or a diff. food that provides dmg mitigation), booster blue spice (its the best spice around for a BH who needs to heal himself), elshandruu pica thundercloud (adds a lot to yourranged defensefor 18 minutes. i'veseen that the way defense is working now, they just taking your highest defense - ranged, and use it for all attacks and that your melee defense is useless. that's according to both chefs and BHs. I use vegeparsine too though just in case).
Get a big crate of PSGs. Energy resist recon armor as close to 8200 as you can. The best stimpacks. The best rifle you can get your hands on and ADK it. HLRs and ALRs are both great. The kinetic sniper rifles can be good I'm told, but personally I just use a high damage ALR and it has worked splendidly for me. Get some aakuan rings, a +19 med efficiency undershirt, clothing attachments, armor attachments (if you can/need). Get a good probot droid. Also get an R3 droid with a 110 med module and stimpack module. Load him with stims and create a droidheal macro. Get bomb droids too.
Hmm, I'm probably forgetting a few things about equipment.. But just remember that every one thing you have to boost your skills, defense, offense, or attributes is one more thing in your favor. This is a game of probability and numbers. Look at each boon to your character as more percentage points in your favor. The more points, the better chance you have at succeeding.
