You fought a Jedi without the chance of a payout? Doesn't sound like a good businees practice for a Bounty Hunter to me. Imperial or Not. Don't waste your armor, food and weapons (read decay) on petty duels.

Sad that its true or sad thatI didnt use quoting because I'm lazy? I could write line upon line about Jedi but you care as much about my opinion asI care about the Jedi class. So whats the point?

No, it's sad because it's a pathetic comeback. MDefs whining about TKMs having CoB? Seriously, I don't think I've ever seen one of those posts before. I've seen tons of other Jedi whine posts, but never about that subject. Plus, if he's MDef, he would rarely be in a battle with a TKM unless he's doing PvP. And your comeback only applies to MDef. You need to make it more general or something more common-such as healing, XP, or LS crystal whines.

And to your comment, my response would be "I disaprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it." I care about everyone's opinions. It's called being an American-open to new ideas/thoughts/people. My point is that you are trying to demean a person that has a valid point with a pathetic comeback; your suggestion is flawed in its nature and anything absolute should not be taken seriously in this world. Though I do not condone people calling each other morons left and right, his point is still there.

So his generalizations, like my generalizations are valid? Your logic is infallable. As for everyones ability to post their own opinion, sobeit but that wont stop me from responding. But seriously, my TKM swordsman gets a few whinetells from defenders thatI have 500def buff but I'm not Jedi when i duel. PVP exists beyond the JCW and BH missions, you just have to look for it.

Think you totally missed or didn't read the entire thread. This wasn't a mark.People do friendly duels all the time. It's actually good practice without the dangers of deathblows. When doing these I don't have my best armour on because I know the jedi I'm dueling with is gonna use armour break. The mistake I made was doing this with a person I didn't know, but I thought I was safe being he was an imperial. I never intended on deathblowing him because that was the original agreement.Rest assured,I will NEVER make that mistake again.

To the posters that claim to be bounty hunters first and kill members of their own guild I say,"go neutral"

I cant really agree or disagree with your post mainly because it is just a duel you are discussing between 2 people. You and your oppenent. In my opinion I believe that the Jedi was following his character. Imperial Jedi are supposed to be Sith. The Sith were not known for thier compassion towards there fellow man or faction.

I also believe that one should not hunt ones own guildies and faction. That is why I am going to do this. You can now choose the faction. If the Imperial Jedi has a better payout then I may hunt him down and ask him to duel one on one...no DB. If i incap him to where i get the DB message then i delete the mission and call it a good game. If he Incaps me then I write his name down and if I get the same bounty again...then I dont /tell, I just kill. and take the money.

I usually hunt in non-combatant anyway because I hate having to fight my way to my mark if he is in a opposing faction city.

Rangers lead the way.

A Ranger is a more elite soldier who arrives at the cutting edge of battle by land, sea, or air. I accept the fact that as a Ranger my country expects me to move further, faster and fight harder than any other soldier.

Well I finally dropped imperial so I would not have any high moral ground not to attack. Now I hunt Jedi, IMP, Reb, neutral you name it. I still love IMPs but I am an equal opportunity BH for the time being.

Simple fix: Only hunt same faction.

Well if you recall executive order 66 from EP III you may find that the empire isn't so fond of force weilders.

It's been clearly put out that agreeing to no db in a duel and doing a db is an exploit, sounds silly, but it was posted. /report
