This is becoming repetitive. Ranged owns everywhere, especially since the lunge KD was nerfed and saber throw KD about to be nerfed. Now melee doesn't stand a chance against seasoned ranged opponents.

I still have my token respec and am seriously considering dropping my current template of MBrawler/MPike/MSwords + TK.

MBH/MMarksman/MPistols + whatever sounds sooooooo much better.

But with things changing so much, you never know when ranged will get nerfed as well.

The major problem with this template (and it is the one I am just about to reach) is that you do NOT have enough points for the FS skills left over and must choose one of the 2 Master Classes to lose.

SoloMek, I too was what you are now..I spent my respec to go MBH, MCarb, M marksman. I have to say exp is flowing in now, I can solo very very fast. Before I would have to rest after each fight to get action/hp's back up, now I am kite/pulling and almost end with a full action/health bar. I auto crit shot, snare pull and when snare falls off underhand shot and then reapply snare. Stuff solo never gets close to me. In groups I am no longer trying to chase down one mob to get a hit so that I can get exp for it. I hate to say it but MBH is a great profession even after the CU.

hmm didnt think to check...but anyways the first thing to drop is goin to be some of tka skills, since the ranged is more important...u also get jedi innate armor as u begin when u get initiate (and get nov defender asap for the extra +10 i believe it is) dropping tka first is the best thing to do and dont worry about CL lvl cuz its gonna drop anyways as u grind up jedi before it increases back to lvl 80!!!
