While that is true, you only signed up for it in exchange for whatever Jedi was at the TIME you became one. Jedi was alot more powerful when most people became one, or started down that road. You say that as though complaining about "forced pvp" is a relatively recent development.

I bet your also the person when you go base slicing you don't go SF. For me going against another player is the ultimate fun and if you find someone smart and skilled after the fight no matter who wins you will have respect and have a long conversation with the person.
I am not here to call you names, but you seem to be like the person who tries to PvP and really sucks at it and gets killed all the time.
Sorry just pissed right now with this. At times I think DnL bought out SWG and put this in effect so everyone goes to DnL! ROFL

I don't believe it's possible to enter a base without being SF when you go base-busting, but be that as it may, PvP is not my cup of tea, never was... and it wouldn't make any difference if I was the most "Uber" player in the whole game... I still wouldn't enjoy it in the least.
Whether you like it or not, the fact remains that forced PVP has been done away with in SWG. First it was the GCW-related PVP, not Jedi/BH-related PVP. They just wouldn't do this if it didn't make sense from a financial viewpoint, meaning the number of people who don't enjoy forced PVP vastly outnumbers those who like it... you're in the minority and I can understand that it doesn't feel good. Sorry that you enjoyed forced PVP, but you gotta change with the times, and this is one thing that is going away, perhaps it's for the best.
You must of never been one of my marks, one of my best friends in game now was a mark a took on, and god she is an amazing Jedi. The fact is that when your a Jedi you need to expect this, this was one of the reasons I was working on Jedi was to to feel "hunted". To feel the other side. What they are doing now is making it so easy that all the hard core players are going to leave like I belive I will, I have two accounts, and drag my wifes two accounts with me since I wont' feel like paying for them. I rather pay the 60 bucks, 4 accounts at $15 to go the movies or go shopping, now then this.
I played this game since the 2nd day it went life and no matter what, even with the CU the game stayed somewhat the same. Now with the new CU2 or FU1it's broken tottaly.I am on perhaps my 5th or 6th scotch on the rocks and lost track cause I got home and was pissed already, and so is my wife and all my guild mates who are some of my best RL friends too who are thinking of dropping this game once the DnL beta goes live. Mind some of us have 2 to 4 accounts each.. thats bad voo-doo.
