How do you know they're full temp? They could be switching their template up, that would cause them to not want XP loss. Also even if someone is CL80 that doesn't mean they're full temp.

Cloak is a skill that many people chose for a number of reasons. We dont ALL live to kill BH you know. Whith cloak, you accept that you significantly reduce the chance of defeating a good BH, and with the XP loss so high, why risk it? This is a game dude and has nothing to do with being a coward or lame. Some people dont have hours and hours of free time to waste recouping the BH XP loss so they run. I cant see anything wrong with this.

Thats 250k an hour, I have a couple fo frineds who are old knights, they wont talk to me cause I will tell them how fast xp comes now. Your right this is a game, but people can still be cowards and lame, someone who grinds colak, just so they wont have to fight a bh, is a COWARD. And someone who uses cloak , then comes back only to fight for a second and use cloak again is a lamer. To use cloak to regroup is onething, but as an I win button , well thats a lamer. This coming from someone who spent 2 years playing, only to unlock 2 weeks ago, thats right, i have a full time job. I play maybe 20 hours a week, and im not worried about a bh death. Anyway, cry me some more rivers you jedi, I wonder if you will go knight, you know you will have to fight at knight. Cloak and run will keep you were you need to be, on the lowest rung of the rankings, with all the new padi's.

Then those old Knights sucked, as I got 250k an hour Pre-CU on Endor.

Yeah, i think its all mental to tell the truth. I really think all the old knights used to be special, but now everyone is a jedi. It was a great accomplishment then, nows its the average. I am only 0022 saber so, I dont think precu I could have gotten 250k xp in an hour

I see alot of stereotyping going on.. I was MDEF FOTM and had no problem with BH. Got bored and went Mehance and still no issues with BH. I could choose when I want to fight as a menhance and I could tank all day as a defender. EIther way I was very hard to kill. Now I have novice defender and force armor and cloak. I didnt get it to be a coward or I would have stayed mdef. I use it as a first strike. Until the Devs decide I cannot use it durnig combat to dissapear and reappear when I want causing my foe much confusion. I will use it. I get attacked by BH that can heal their droids all day long and when the droid is incapped it still attacks me. I never talk smack to the BH about it since the devs are the ones at fault and I dont blame a BH for using it to their advantage. I pvp alot and I use cloak to sneak up on ususpecting poeple and kill them b4 they know what hit em. If you dont like a skill a fellow jedi has then dont use it. Obviusly it isnt your playstyle. Sitting on a forum blasting your own community isn't a good approach. MY friend was one of the first ten jedi to open on our server was a knight way back when. He now has cloak. Why? because its fun. WE can spy on rebels and gank people in starports. Its a game and we pay as much as you do. We have a right to do what we want until the devs state otherwise.
Right, here is what I think...
I do not mind cloakers, I used to for a while, but I just accept it now.
What I do mind is cloakers that send /tells that make fun of you such as 'I win'or 'hehe 
' It is childish andnasty.
I do not make fun of the Jedi that I kill.It is childish and nasty. (I used to say'FEA -F*CK YEAH!'and screeny but I stopped long ago after it actually started a bitter string of /tells from mark) I put myself in his shoes...
For me, I dont get angry or have problems with any Jedi.. but, if they start mocking me I get so damn angry with them, I lose my temper real fast, which ruins the game for me for a while after - yes I can /ignore, but it only takes one nasty comment to do this, then, its too late.
I think a lot of this hate between the two groups stems from these nasty and destructive communications both during and after combat.
If I get my ass royally pwn'd in, lets say 2 mins (which has happened) Im ok, its a big dent in my pride etc, I feel a little peeved... but, If the guy chats after, I am ok, in fact sometimes it eases the whole 'jeez, I just got totally screwed' feeling, and in fact makes the loss nothing, as in 'hey, its a cool game' kind of way.
It is not aboutwhat needs nerfing and suchlike- its about how you react to the outcome after, that can stop this hate war between Jedi and BH.
