T21 = Heavy Armor peircing ... Laser = Medium Armor peircing


T21 = High Min Damage and ok Max Dmg ... Laser = Crap for Min Dmg and High Max Dmg


this means against something with no to medium armor a t21 will usually out-perform a laser because for the armor bonus and the fact that it averages a high damage usually because of the high min dmg and ok max

A friend of mine who is a Bounty Hunter tells me that the T21 is going to be nerfed in the Combat Rebalance.


If that is true how much of a nerfing is the T21 going to take? Anyone know?

The T-21 have already been nerfed and unnerfed and so on... if there is a nerf coming in the combat rebalance then it will probably have to do more with the profession then with a specific rifle.

I was just wondering if a T21 with 1010 Base Max dmg on weap is good, I heard the T21 was a good rifle therefore i picked one up. Thanks

Thats a pretty good rifle but you need to be master rifleman to use it effectively. Base max damage isnt as important as DPS (until you get Mod speed below 1.5) check the base DPS and your Modified DPS, when you get to MR that is .

actually dps means squat if you can't keep your action up. If you drain your action, focus soley on damage.

What is so great about the T21? I see it for 55k and it looks to have much lower stats than my current Adv. Laser Rifle. I see CL 80 BH and MRM using it all the time, but i cant seem to see why they choose it. Anyone care to fill me in?

Well i really have to strain my eye to find any significant difference between T-21 and Advanced Laser, if they are made by a really good Weaponsmith.

"Why are you looking at me?, im not here, really im not, this rifle is just a fake, i promise" - Serf to angry Ancient Krayt Dragon.
"Muhahaha im indestructable" *BOOM* - Serf realising that his trainer TIE might not be able to take on tier 2 enemies.

No your not...there is nothing "hidden" here...the T21 is comparable to the Advanced Laser Rifle...

O...min damage on a 55k T21 that I saw the other day was i think in the 370 range, and the Laser min damage was 420, yet, the laser rifle is some 30k+ cheaper. Ah well, thanks for clearing that up.
