If I have a
Pistol Speed +3
Rifle Speed +3
armor attachment, what would I need to do to get the Rifle speed to stick? Would slapping on a -1 Pistol speed attachment afterwards work?

Basicly you need to find a plus 4 to pistol speed or higher attachment and put it on what ever you want to place that attachment onto first. The rifle speed will then be applied.
The highest number on the attachment will be what sticks to the armor or clothes. If you have two or more on the same attachment with the same number value the first one written down will stick like the one the author of this post has. Also note that you cannot stack attacments on top of each other, ie... two +1 attachments will not make a plus 2. After you try to slap on the second one it will just dissapear.
If you have something with a +1 CA or AA already on it you can place a higher CA or AA onto it and that number will replace the one that was already on there, ie... you have a shirt with +1 to weapons Exp tape already on it,you can attach a +2 to weapons tape on the shirt and you will be left with a +2 to weapons Exp shirt.
Also to clarify more on the question the author had. Lets say you have a CA with +10 to armor Exp , +9 to weapons Exp, and +5 to structure Exp and you want the weapons Exp skill to stick. In order for the weapons Exp skill to stick you will need to find an armor Exp CA with a +11 or greater skill enhancment on it and put it on what you want to place your weapons Exp CA on. Once you have done this your weapons Exp skill will stick.
I hope that clears up any questions anyone may have about CA's and AA's.

I have a curious question about skill attachments.
I am not very knowledgable about them and am wondering what the caps are etc.
What are the rules on skill tapes?
Plus 25's i know are the best, so can i get 3 plus 25 2 handed LS speed skill tapes and put them in a cloak, and will that work?
Anyone who knows a lot about skill tapes help me out plz.
Thanks

+25 is the most you can get in mods, after that it doesn't do anything.

You may be right BUT, i had +25 defence to knockdown tape and i was still easy to knock down. Added 2 more +25's for a total of 75 and i am almost impossable to knockdown now.

I am a msaber/mdef With +75 to knockdown in tapes it has made it very hard to knock me down. Ppl i duel whine about it all the time.
I also have +75 to defence of stun and intim. Almost impossable to get those to stick and if they do it last a very short time.
