Why is that?

He dislikes him, he sets an rp-bounty on him. With the current system there is no way to grief or perma-target him, the BH who will stumble accross him - and is aware of this thread - will just be a little bit richer afterwards.

Sorry, you sir are out of place.

Please read my post in this thread. This might actually make some BHs drop their mission as soon as they discover it is for the "wrong" Jedi and try to get another one fast.
It is targeting one specific player - he tries to influence the big crowd to act differently than it would without this bounty.

I don't thinkany saneBH would drop a mission after first findingone who is not on Kashyyykor hiding in some houseand then chase him for a while because he's moving around and get in a position where you can fight the jedi and then drop the mission because it don't give a bonus mill.

And add to that that the chance to actually get that particular jedi is extremely small.

also agree..player placed bounties add an extra element for a lot of people..especially RP'ers...i see nothing wrong with it. I set a bounty on an indidvidual who ripped off one of my guildmates..this individual got multi tells to duel until he logged off...he didnt log back on for 3 days and apologized for his actions..bounty gone..

Asking to target specific Jedi might be considered griefing - just a heads up.

I hope they are not doing that anymore since you can't see the names on the terminals so noone is specificaly targeting him.

The lucky player who gets the mission and kill him is just getting a bonus for the job

The original poster is offering a bounty specifically on another player, for repeated kills. He is targeting that Jedi over and over - it doesnt matter if the means (aka BHs) he uses to target that Jedi change from time to time.

never, that would be impossible so it should not matter anymore. give it a rest...

csr's should take the original posters name and ban him now. this is simple griefing and targeting of a player. this isnt how the game should be.

as long as you can get the target with said bounty on his head to stand next you at a terminal then it's not worth it...
