Guess you're all wrong, so does this mean I get all your money hehe. So come on lads who thinks I should send this to some game review companies as well. Let them really know what the adverts don't tell you?.....
Also feel free to post more coments about my letter. I'll see ifI can type up another one as i'm sure they've received many, one more wont hurt their feelings.

I beleive the original letter was an English guy complaining to NTL? I too have extracted parts of it the past when complaining to HSBC ... you should definately re-insert the 'usless shower of b*st*rds bit' bloody funny!
It worked for me too - got a whole load of charges on my bank account reversed!
First off yes it was based on a guy complaining to NTL and is why I stated that on the top.I can't take credit for someone else's brilliance!!!! Lets face it, perhaps the best written piece of english I've ever seen. Shakespearean even 
Now to your coment Kin-Char - Granted I still pay to play the game, and yes its my choice to keep playing. BUT in paying for such a service (i.e. the servers provided and the CUSTOMER service like tech support and CSR's etc) I expect to be taken seriously and want what my $15 bucks pays for. Just because I have a choice not to play doesn't mean that I should not be getting a quality service that SHOULD be being provided.
If everybody just quit everything without complaining or campaigning to get things done, nothing would indeed get done. Governments would continue to exploit the surfs (Pre 1800's) women would not be allowed to vote etc etc. Yes nobody if forcing me to play, however WE SHOULD BE FORCING SOE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE WE ALL PAY FOR. Not the sub standard service and 5 month down the line bug fixes from a Combat Ugrade WE indeed tested and is only just past its alpha release.
