Just wondering,
For example: You craft a 2nd genration lightsaber and you place some uber pearl inside. Then you place the anti-decay kit on the lightsaber. When you can craft a 3th generation lightsaber you get your uber pearl out of you 2nd gen. Ls and place it in the 3th gen. ls, you destroy the 2nd gen. ls so you get your anti decay back to place it on your 3th gen. ls.
So: Can you put your ainti decay kit on a better saber each time you can craft one?

This is going to seem like a really strange question, but it came to me in a moment of drunken madness...
Firstly I know that dropping out of the FRS would require you to redo your trials at a later date to re-enter the FRS, so;
could a jedi padawan, become a Dark Jedi Knight upon completion of his/her trials, then later drop out of the FRS, and keep the title (I know this part worked at one point, but you lost the robes). Then once he/she had done this, could he/she then go neutral and later go rebel while still keeping the Dark Jedi Knight title?
I am curious to see whether this is possible as it would seem a little ironic that you could have a DJK, as a Rebel or neutraland a Jedi Knight as an Imperial or neutral. I'm not advocating that anyone do this, I was just interested to see whether it work, I mean in theory it should, shouldn't it?

Dropping FRS only leaves the selectable title Jedi Knight. Dont know if you can keep bugged DJK title anymore or not.

I need Xp and for that i have to hunt in a group.
Unfortunatley ill probably be killed by a bh.
But i only need another 440k to get to knight, so i would probably be able to do that in a a day or two on Chimaera with the 4x Xp week.
But id probably still lose some xp from all the bountys people would have on me.
But if i do a quick run and get the 440k xp, and then i respec away all my Jedi skills (i have another 9 days where i can respec)
and then i just sit down outside coro Sp and let all the Bhs kill me.
Will i lose any Jedi Xp? I have no jedi skills. And after all the bountys are clear i respec back to full temp, and not on terms.
Any thoughts on this?
If there is no skill loss for the jedi would the bh still get full payment? Guild could probably make some money off of this,
If you dont understand what i wrote its probably cause i wrote it real quick and im dead tired. Just something i thought about.

um, depending on how much xp you have banked currently, you can probably just respec to your knight template without having to grind any more xp.

well would i be strong enuf for pve?
its mainly for tracking down rare pets that i can tame, and the smuggler to give me side money by slicing weapons, and also to increase my weapon skills.

The template looks ok from the perspective of wanting Master CH with Ranger tracking and the Smuggler slicing abilities.
I would suggest though dropping the Tracking IV box in Ranger since you say you want it for PVE and will more than likely be using the tracking abilities to find your creatures to tame. By dropping Tracking IV you can now pickup the Delinquency III and IV boxes in Smugler and finish that column and get yourself a couple improved shots that you can use.

the only problem i see, is the pre cu there WERE rare pets, that required a lot of effort to get into your datapad..now..not so much...it seems everything spawns at a rate high enough that you can easily find what you want in one login without any ranger skills..it will probably take you longer to find a specific be pet than a wild one

The problem I see is that I don't think you would end up being CL 80 - I think you have to be a master in 2 elite combat professions. If I'm wrong about that, then it's a great template. Otherwise, you're combat effectiveness is going to be seriously hampered. Remember, under new combat level system, you're not going to be able to defeat anything much more than 1 or2 levels higher than you (solo I mean). So, if you end up with a template that is say CL 60, that means you're going to be more limited in what mobs you can challenge. If you're fine with being a lower Combat Level, then that won't be an issue, of course.

Just thought about this, and was wondering if this would work.
Get a jedi bounty. Send out a probe. On kash.
Get to Kash. Once on Kash, have the following macro running:
/target jediname;
/pause 5;
/ui action toolbarSlot00;
Now, from the starport, go to the dead forest place. Don't remember the name exactly. go toward the kachiro village (or whatever it is called) on the way to the mydrill caverns.
Once at the mydril caverns, check each instance.
Next go back out through the dead forest, to the gate. Next check ettyk or whatever that rodian place is. (don't know the range on target, so you may want to do a quick run through, or just move to the next.)
Of course the next place is go to the Trails. Everyone knows where they may be on the trails, so check each instance.
Once you get a hit in any of the above, you have your mark. It could be anywhere, but if they are on Kash, you should then have hit all of the major places right?
Just an idea. Probably won't work. but thought I would throw it out.

Actually no. The main thingI wanted to point outis the macro while you look around. If you just want to look in the two places on Kash that most jedi grind, then you will omit the 75% of the jedi on Kash that are doing missions. With a continuous macro going targeting the person, if you drive by them, you should be able to target them.
I found this out while my character was on Kash. I never grinded there. But I found that I was doing missions there constantly for two weeks. It may have looked like I was grinding there by anyone who pulled my mission. but if they drove by the places I specified above, they would have easily found me running around. Especially with some of the tedious missions that took an hour to complete. And usually there was a few jedi doing the same missions I was doing.

Im on the Ahazi server and jedi always duel at the starport is it possible to, when the jedi r dueling and 1 of them is your mark when your 1 gets incapped or low health, can u DB or finish them of and get the money?
i've always thought of doin this but i neva tried, does it work?
