On correlia yesterdat I did toa degreethe same thing, great fight incapped him and thought i'd take my time a sec to drink my new hot brew beside me in triumph for a job well done, waiting to incap him again then db...of course while doing this I turn the camera a tad and there is a bh stood there I look back to the now gray named jedi and nice *mission failed* across my screen.
Other bh is like, *what oh sorry, did you have this mark too?*

So u want an Instant DB button? it would be the same as making the 1st incap timer longer. Just think about if a Pistoleer or a Melee incaps a jedi. ------> almost instant DB, no chance to get up 
An advice: when u see that u will prolly won, then start walking/running towards your target...
