T21's are generally poorer quality compared to ALR's because of resource requirements. On Intrepid I can not make a T21 as good as a ALR using the same componets. Then take into account a T21 can not be scoped.

And they're both better thanthe Berserker for damage although the Berserker has a better SAC potential (I have a SAC and dam capped Berserker).

a question... i currently have a adv laser rifle with mod dps of 1015 ... 1015 dps.. of course with a power up, the question is anyone know about a better rifle around ?! ... this is without using my speed tapes.

The two most useless things on a weapon are the wound and the DPS. Go with the rifle.

Well that threw me off, I've got a sac on my ALR and it's with it 73.

SAC isnt great but i could try a SAC pup thou. anyone ? =)

That rifle is junk....You used the pre-publish 22 scopes didnt you? It will hit for 1 dmg every time because of the blast damage....
