well your first strike was the first engagement with the jedi. Even if he/she did clone they know you are after them and you may not get a second chance to initiate a first strike in the sense of total surprise.

but still you may get it again.

On the other hand, you get ti initiate combat at your leisure. Not just immediatley after they clone. They may expect you to come for them that quick.

You have the chance to hold the mission for 3 days.

most jedi will have the scare factor for a short while after they escape a BH, no matter how they do it. Wait for it to die down. let them get relaxed again and then find them again.

its what I do.

Still, we gotta kill them twice or more to get paid? I hope you aren't justifying it cuz if you are then you are a wuss too.

Please stop blanketing people - I am a Jedi and I think it's a lame and cowardly exploit. Thanks.

Thankyou well said

Hey smart guys, he didnt say all or most of them, he just said Jedi. Meaning you don't see BHs say it's totally fine or the random dancer saying it's a pretty cool tactic.

first of all, whether i support it or not is not the issue Hypr. And calling someone a wuss if they happen to disagree with your opinion is completely idiotic.

again, You hold their mission for three days. It matters not how many times you have to go and hunt them until you win or finally lose. You hold the trump card , their mission. In fact, you now know who they are by name.

My opinion on the matter is that is is not right, it is not against the rules but it should not be done. Does that remove me from your "Wuss" status now?

idiot

Heh...

Not only is this 'friendly DB' a lame tactic... IMHO it should be classed as an exploit.

Yep thats right an exploit.

The DB macro really messes up your combat. I used to use a DB macro pre-CU. You get your mark incapped for even half a second and they were dead. But once the timer came in, the macro stopped working. Plus with the way combat works in the CU, it just caused me nothing but problems. Things like not being able to fire off the special that I wanted, not being able to hop on my bike. Because it runs so fast, it slowly starts to take over every action. Post CU the macro just doesn't work.

But as for the guildies getting in the DB first to prevent his xp loss...that's totally lame. I would never allow that to happen in my guild.

This is a very stupid tactic... Not only causing you to a.) Lose the current win you already had when you incapped them and b.) causing you to do something twice...

I don't condone this.. It IS stupid.... How would you like it if you just incapped your jedi and a friend DBs him? You'd be pretty pissed because you just wasted alot of food and if your gun is not ADKed, alot of condition.... And you didn't even get the payout either....

I said you are a wuss if you are justifying it. Why are you so upset about this? I guess you support it then? Even tho you say it's not right? Im not sure why you called me an idiot but, in my HUMBLE opinion, if you support this exploit then you are a wuss because I should only have to kill you once to get paid, not stalk you for 3 days after I've already killed you.

Activate this before your first strike.

I didnt want to post this here, as now Jedi will use it too. However, even if they do use it it will be a toss-up between which computer sends the command to the server first.

Also, no real need to worry about this if they are out in the wild as it will probably be too dangerous for them to keep an open duel and a DB ,acro running for the offhand chance that the Jedi gets Incapped.

multiple ppl can be running DB macros at the same time, not just once. That macro doesn't work other than to get the timer going earlier.

And the above poster uses this tactic of getting a friend to db them when a BH shows up. So whose the noob, and thats "noob" according to your definition, which you are. You are lacking in skills to beat a BH so this is your only means of escape.....hehe...I am following you O'etam and can't wait to find your mision again. I may lose but at least I will try.
